Gert is an experienced executive having held senior positions across some of Africa's most complex organisations.

Gert was previously the Chief Business Development Officer at Transnet, responsible for a P&L of $4.8 billion. Prior to this, Gert was the CEO of Deloitte Africa’s Strategy and Innovation practice managing c.250 staff, 12 Directors and 8 Associate Directors.

Gert is a CA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Honours degree in Accounting.

A well-versed Turnaround, Strategy and Operations exec, Marco is familiar with growing, managing and transforming global businesses across Europe and Africa.

He is a Deloitte Consulting Alumnus and was previously Associate Director at Green Investment Bank, the UK’s first investment specialist in green infrastructure.

He is a founding member of MHC and holds an Honours degree in finance from UCT and a Masters with distinction from the University of Oxford.

Peter has held senior executive positions within two of the world’s largest communications groups, WPP and Publicis Groupe (as Chief Executive Southern Africa).

With a career spanning over 20 in the Media and Advertising sector, Peter’s passion is to connect brands to consumers by tapping into insight-informed connections, driven by data, that leverage technology to deliver relevance across the entire consumer journey.

At MHC Peter leads on customer and brand transformations.

As Chief of Staff at MHC Jessica is responsible for providing strategic, operational and administrative support to the Executive team as well as strategic counsel to the broader business.

She has a background in social impact consulting and founded her own social enterprise in 2018, Strength & Stem, for which she was a nominated finalist for the JustGiving’s ‘Changemaker of the Year’ awards in the UK.

Jessica holds a degree in Philosophy and Theology.

Peter is a senior Operations Executive. With 12 years of experience in engineering and management roles, he brings deep expertise across performance improvement, operational efficiency and growth strategies.

Peter leads our operational improvement practice focused on process improvement and efficiency optimisation, as well as managing the teams delivering optimisation strategies for our clients.

Peter holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering and an MBA from UCT.

Kobus is a conversant, hands-on, senior executive in CFO and CEO roles with experience across the UK and Southern Africa. He was an Audit Partner with Deloitte and a Director in it’s Consulting Practice.

Thereafter, he served several senior executive positions including CFO of Aurecon Africa and as CEO of SAFCOL Limited, as well as and serving on its Board.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Honours degree in Accounting.
